Vinyasa Yoga
Inner Groin Flow
This flow starts in Half Lotus pose. The
right foot is
placed over the left thigh. The hands are placed down behind the
back on the mat.
Lean forward and roll forward over the knees being careful at all
time on these twisted knees. Place the hands down in front of you
let then let the legs open a little so that the are being evenly
stretched with the feet pushing together.
If possible work into a pose where both legs are open so that the
stretch intensifies.
Walk the hands back carefully moving your hips back behind the
ankles instead of in front. Lean forward and down Stretching the
arms forward. |
