Triangle to Warrior Flow
Step the right leg back and enter Triangle pose with the left arm down and right arm up.

Now keep the legs where they are (on card please note show opposite leg is forward. ) and bring the right arm down left arm up.

Unwind into Warrior 2 bending the left knee on the transition.

It is nice to inhale when unwinding to Warrior 2.

On an exhalation enter Upward Warrior 2. This pose could also be called side warrior 2 because of the side stretch.

Perform this sequence in the same order on the opposite side. This sequence can also be performed in a reverse order.![]()
