Sun Salutation Variation Flow
One Leg is raised in Downward Dog. In the pictures the hips are
horizontally in line but they can also be diagonally in line ever
even deeper.
The leg can be slowly brought down on the transition or it can be
brought to Downward Dog then you can move forward
to Plank pose or also known
Downward Facing Staff Pose.
Exhale
down to Four Limb Pose.
Pull your navel inwards so that the lower back does not collapse.
Inhale
up to
Cobra pose.
The arms can be straight to reduce the load on the biceps
and triceps.
