Side Balance Splits Flow
This Side Balance Splits flow demonstrates lateral stretches and all over leg stretches as well as a shoulder opening posture.

With the legs wide open exhale into a side bend then inhale up and exhale down the opposite way. It is best to enter vinyasa yoga postures that  flow well together or feel balanced to do together.

The card shows leaning to the left leg then to the right then dips down on the same leg. If you want you can dip down the opposite side first.

These first few yoga poses can be done so many different ways so experiment. Different transitions work different muscles.

After exhaling down to the left inhale back up. You can hold to really open in an opposing way or just exhale down. Take a few breaths to come down if your body is not flexible.
