These flows (although not all) have more of a cardiovascular flow so they are better for your overall yoga fitness. Many times we look for yoga for weight loss but the truth is yoga is designed more for strength and flexibility rather than weight loss. The weight loss for yoga is minimal compared with long duration low intensity cycling, swimming or running. Many times people claim that their yoga is yoga for weight loss but it is just a scam to attract you to spend your money. I am not saying that there is no weight loss from a vigorous yoga practice but is in not as good as many other forms of exercise for weight loss.
