Half Moon to Warrior 3
Point the left foot forward and step the other back a
little. Turn the right foot outwards and open the hip. Bend the
leading leg and place the hand down on the mat in front of you or
slightly to the side. Raise the leg into Half Moon Pose.
Take the right arm down and raise the left arm up. Align the hips
horizontally.
Take both arms sideways for a moment and gain balance then stretch
the arms forward. If you like the arms can remain sideways which is
much easier.
Stay on the same leg throughout the sequence. |
