An example of Mixed Order Sequencing. The postures have been given numbers so that patterns become more visible. There is a video clip you can study and also other patterns are mentioned below.

The Postures involved.
1. Kapotasana (pigeon)
2. Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (revolved knee to head)
3. Janu Sirsasana (knee to head)



The sequence is 1a-3a-2a-3b-2b-1b
