Yoga posture - Sraddha Vrisikasana
Translation: Devotion Scorpion
This is one of the harder yoga postures and in the advanced version the feet
touch the head. This requires good balance, strength and flexibility.
Tips
Before coming up keep the palms on the mat and master balance. Then use all
of the forearms for balance and take the palms together. Over time allow more of
the forearms to come of the mat.
