Enter the headstand.

Twist the legs with an exhalation being careful not to collapse the spine around your lower back.

Always apply a little pressure to the legs inward.

Try to keep the area around the neck straight.

Push down through the crown of your head and up through the feet. Push in both these directions evenly.

Do not allow the neck to collapse. Leave the pose as soon as it feels fatigued.


The breathing will move the body as the element of air enters. This movement will cause ripples of movement through the whole body. You must watch attentively at the changes in the element of earth dew to the changing volume of air. So that you will know exactly where is going to be affected at which point of the breath.

You will have most difficulty holding steadiness at the top of the inhalation . It is also very hard when the breath changes direction after exhalation.

This is observing the anatomical and physiological bodies with the intellectual body.
