This sequence shows how to get from the floor back to standing. It is nice to flow up to standing rather than simple standing up.

From Plank pose exhale down to 8 Limb pose. Hold for a few breaths if you like.
Inhale into Cobra pose and hold if you like.
Exhale back to Downward Dog pose. Once again hold if you like.
Inahle and take a breath then exhale forward to a standing forward bend.
Inhale up to Tadasana.
