This simple spinal twist yoga sequence stretches the hips and hamstrings and also increases teh spines ability to rotate. It may be hard for you to enter Half Lotus pose so try just placing one leg in front of the other.
In the spinal twist one leg is shown stepped over the other. You can just bend it without crossing it over th estraightened leg.
The splits pose is shown very dep so if you are a beginner in yoga juust lean forward and relax when resistance is felt.
