| Free Yoga VideoThis sequence shows a nice flow from a Sun Salutation through Triangle pose, Warrior 1 pose, Warrior 2 pose and a lunge version of Warrior 1 pose. You will find this sequence has a really nice flow as the yoga poses blend exceptionally well together.
         You may want to keep the legs a little closer together in Warrior 1 pose as it pulls on the groin muscles too much. You can spread your legs apart more when you have warmed up.
