this sequence of back exercises begins with Cobra pose. it is done lately so the back is stretched gently and does not aggravate a condition.
Simple Leg lift exercises I then performed to tone the Sacral muscles.
The simple Cat pose to Cow pose flow it is then performed followed by Child pose.
This is a very simple sequence of exercises that should be done very lightly and repeated many times for a good back health.
