This was filmed at Copper Mountain in Colorado at the Summit 12,313 ft (3,753 m) high. It was filmed in early February when it is at its coldest. My film crew got stopped by the mountain patrol but I managed to get away with the cameras.
I had to end the session because I almost got frost bite in my toes and could no longer feel my hands and feet.
There is plenty of kapalabhati or Fire breath in lunge poses. This allowed better oxygen intake.
