Vinyasa Yoga should be done with a sense of progression without aggression. Push into your boundaries enough to be making progress. Make sure the mind is calm in reflection to the poses. Allow the exhalation to slowly and almost on its own leave your body. The exhalation is a chance for the nervous system to recover if you feel any strain around the heart. Always leave and enter the Vinyasa Yoga slowly and gracefully
