The hamstrings have to be flexible to perform this pose otherwise the
leg sprigs back with the natural elasticity of the muscles.
For an easier variation try taking the side of the head, close to the
ear, down on the mat in front of you. Please be careful on your neck!
Point the toes back for a better looking pose.
Take shorter faster breaths because the lungs are seriously suppressed.
This pose requires a lot of oxygen.
