Same Order Sequencing Advanced Tutorial - Vinyasa Yoga
This is a beautiful way to sequence though a Kapotasana Vinyasa. You can switch it up so many different ways and into many different things. This is another example of Same Order sequencing.
Risk Factors
The wrists are at risk from the weight so be careful when moving the body weight over them. The knee that is bent is rolled over when upper body weight is shifted forward. This does pose a threat to the knee joint. Be careful in both these areas.

1. Kapotasana (pigeon flow)
2. Janu Sirsasana (knee to head)
3. Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana (revolved knee to head)
4. Eka Pada Koundinyasana (armbalance)
5. Child Pose (ending)
