If you have been having a stressful day and you’re a little late for your class you’re setting up your mp3 player running around slightly panicked it just doesn’t look like you’re a calm yoga teacher and leader. Take a moment to be extra early to class or do something that clears your mind before class. Leave all your problems behind, you are a yoga teacher and you have to be able to remove bad thoughts especially when beginning your yoga class.
