Sun Salutation

Half Lotus Tree Vinyasa Flow

Half Lotus Tree flow involves many balancing poses while staying on the same leg. This can be a little challenging not just because of the balance needed but also because of muscle endurance necessary in the supporting leg and foot.

Imagine how hard it is to balance with sand underneath your foot!
