Savasana (At least 5 minutes)

It is quite common to have some uncomfortable feelings in the back if we do not end with some standing postures. We ended with only one so if there is any pain do the standing sequence again shortening the time in the postures before returning to the resting pose.

Shake the head legs and arms until they feel free from tension.

Tip! You can hold down the Alt key on your keyboard. While holding this key press the left and right arrows on the keyboard. This will allow you to go though the pictures really fast.
