Utttanasana (8 to 24 breaths)

Roll in the way with your feet to gain more of an even balance on the weight falling upon them.

Let the head drop as if it is lifeless. This allows a saturation of the element of water in and around the mind. We are not doing the headstand in this sequence so this pose should give us some of the benefits.

Step the opposite leg back and repeat the 5 standing poses the other way returning to Uttanasana.

Once again if the pose becomes uncomfortable for you just bend the knees and return to the pose.
