Expansion Meditation When the inner light has been mastered we can begin to break down the perception of separation. Separation is a perception born from the five senses of perception. One must quietin the senses for long periods of time to know true self and further along the path to know the awareness of separation is an illusion. This is done by expanding conscious light and awareness beyond the body giving the practitioner a feeling of liberation and openness. Allow a growth in awareness slowly expanding it at first then expand it endlessly. When this is done correctly the perception of separation dissolves. This is yoga. Work on expansion so that it is even and balanced, move your awareness in the areas that the aura feels dull. Focus on this perfect aura. It is here we embrace the true meaning of freedom and the essence of liberation is understood. Use meditation Mantra (short sacred prayers) that encourage and re-enforce the point of this exercise. Example Mantra prayer "Expanding light calm and bright." Be playful with words. Some will have more power and influence than others. Learn those that have the best response in achieving the expansion of consciousness within you and use that meditation mantra changing it only slightly if at all over time. What a beautiful gift to the unseen. To illuminate and shine. This must be one of the keys of spiritual worship.
