Hiatal Hernia

Hiatal Hernia occurs when part of the stomach has moved above the diaphragm. This occurs in a very large amount of people however most have just minor symptoms or no symptoms at all. Usually X-rays will reveal the problem so if you have any symptoms that are causing a lot of discomfort get a x-ray to check the problem. Symptoms include Pain around the stomach due to the blood supply being cut off. Acid reflux and other related acidity problems.


Do not do the exercises too hard. Be very gentle with the spinal twists. Do not push into your body's boundaries hard. Yoga done well can correct the problem. Yoga done aggressively can worsen the problem. Be very gentle with your body.
