Hepatitis Remedies

Hepatitis can be caused by alcohol and drugs but is usually caused by one of five hepatitis viruses A,B,C,D or E. Hepatitis can also be caused by other viral infections but this is much less common.

Make sure you are drinking about 8 glasses of water a day and try to remove things that are know to put stress on the liver.

Try to do something that makes you sweat at least 3 times a week. Do not do the exercises too hard. Be very gentle with the spinal twists if there is any sharp pain slowly move out of the posture your in. Do not push into your body's boundaries hard.

Suggested Herbs & Vitamins

Milk Thistle, Dandelion and Yellow Dock, Licorice root. Vitamin E, C and B complex. Vitamin C is very important to the healing process. Take calcuim also. About 1gram after your last meal.
