Here are some tips:
Adjust any of the postures so that you feel comfortable in them.
If you have an injury adjust or vary the pose. Modifying anything that causes you pain.
Close the chest breathing out.
Do this 8 to 12 times.
Come to the variation of bridge with one leg in the lotus pose.
Hold for 6 breaths then do the other side.
Take the legs together and hold the arch for 10 breaths.
You may need to push on the outside of the feet a little because it is hard to have the feet flat on the floor.

Enter Birdge on your head. Try to be evenly balanced on the hands and the head.
Stretch all the way up to the upward facing bow. Hold for 10 breaths.
Enter a seated forward bend. Hold for a little while. about 16 breaths.
Rest for 5 to 15 minutes.
