Breathe out pull the knees to the chest breathe in release.

Do this 3 times before raising the legs up again and slowly coming down with the legs straight.

Try to repeat the whole sequence of legs coming down and knees to the chest 8 to 12 times.

This will allow the stomach muscles to gain strength and aid in the support of the back. The lower back is also stretched when the knees are pulled to the chest and released.
