This is a gentle flowing sequence of movements. Breathe out look forward breathe in take the head slightly back (next posture) moving the spine a little in the process.

Do this 8 to 12 times.

Remember not to take the hands to far back if your spine is not flexible. Find a distance that is right for the flexibility of your spine.
