Re-enter the simple forward bend with the hands supporting.

Stay there long enough to stretch the legs and feel evenness on the length of both of them.

Remember one side is usually tighter than the other.

Let the head drop and move it around to relax the neck muscles more.

This also allows the upper back to stretch.

Slowly come down to the floor and lay on your belly.
