Warrior 2 pose can cause pain and problems around the sacrum.

Try to do it with the legs closer together so that you do not aggravate a current condition.

The pose shown is too deep for lower back injury.

This is a 90 degree angle with the leading leg. Try just 45 degrees.

Hold for 5 breaths.
