After holding the previous version of this pose called Uttanasana relax and let your hands drop or of you feel comfortable wrap them around the legs as shown.
It is probably better just to let them drop.
It is not necessary to come all the way down so do not try to go further than the body will allow. If you do then there will be no harmony in the mind. If you are holding a posture and part of your body gets sore move slowly out of the posture take a few breaths and move back in. |
