Bend the knees slightly in the Chair Pose.
Try to keep the spine straight as you do this.
Hold for 5 breaths.
This yoga pose helps you become aware of better body mechanics.
Try placing your hands on your knees if this is too hard. It can also help lift and straighten your spine more than with the hand position shown.
