Yoga meditation is the art of removing the awareness of separation and remaining in a state of union without distraction.

The practice of yoga meditation is removing rising thoughts and continually making effort to sustain the awareness of union.

The are a number of techniques that may help. Some are Self Illumination meditation, Absorption meditation and Expansion meditation.

Meditation Mantra (Prayers) help practitioners remain in a state of yoga. Create short prayers that grow from the essence of breaking down the perception of separation.
